Ladera Ranch is a unique community, offering residents a small-town feeling that is absolutely cherished. The residents of this Southern Orange County community in California enjoy world-class clubhouses, parks, trails, pools, high-speed broadband networks and events.

What many residents may not be aware of is what goes on behind the scenes. For example, Ladera Ranch has state-of-the-art fiber-coax network technology, natural water filtration systems and green waste recycling programs that are the envy of horticulturists, a complex central irrigation system that saves millions of gallons of water and laser guided robots cleaning the pools at night.

The Ladera Ranch Maintenance Corporation (LARMAC) is sharing these stories with the world and in doing so will be the first community association with an original video documentary series. "Focus On: Ladera Ranch" will take viewers on behind the scenes tours of Ladera Ranch.
